Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Portslade
Salary Range: £120-£200 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Time: Immediate or September 2025
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-planned lessons to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. You will help create a safe and stimulating learning environment, monitor progress, and encourage every child to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach across the primary age range, adapting lessons to meet pupils’ needs.
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Support the emotional, social, and academic development of pupils.
- Use effective behaviour management strategies.
- Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
- Ensure all safeguarding guidelines are followed.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Sound knowledge of the national primary curriculum.
- A caring, patient, and encouraging teaching approach.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
