Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Winton
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025 / Immediate
Contract Type: Permanent/Full time

Your Role as an SEN Teacher
As an SEN Teacher, you will help students with different learning needs by creating lessons that match their abilities. You will build a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom where every student feels valued and supported.
What You Will Do as a SEN Teacher
- Create and follow personalised education plans (IEPs) for each student.
- Use creative and engaging teaching methods to help students learn.
- Track student progress and give helpful feedback.
- Work closely with other staff to build a positive school environment.
- Keep up to date with the latest SEN teaching methods and ideas.
- Promote respect, kindness, and understanding in your classroom.
- Help students grow both academically and personally.
What We’re Looking For
- You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience teaching students with special educational needs.
- Good understanding of the SEN curriculum and current teaching practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate students.
- A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning space.

- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
