SEN Teaching Assistant – Hounslow
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £90 to £110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Start Date: ASAP
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a supportive school in Hounslow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with pupils to help them thrive both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs.

Support the class teacher with tailored strategies and interventions.

Help create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with the SENCO and parents.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a SEN setting is preferable.

Strong communication and empathy skills.

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
