Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £150 - £230 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will create fun and engaging lessons that help children enjoy learning. You will support pupils in both their education and personal development, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential. This is a great chance to be part of a team that truly values each child’s journey.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons based on the national curriculum.
  • Create a safe and positive classroom where all pupils feel welcome.
  • Support children with different learning needs and help them make progress.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, staff, and parents.
  • Encourage good behaviour and help pupils grow both academically and personally.

Role Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children (in any Key Stage) is desirable.
  • A true love for teaching and helping children achieve their best.
  • Good communication and classroom management skills.
  • An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with no unexplained gaps).
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one with GSL Education.
