Job Title: Early Years Practitioner Level 3
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £86 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join a friendly and supportive early year setting in Rotherham. You will be working with young children during one of the most important stages of their learning and development—helping them feel safe, happy, and ready to learn each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young children with their learning, play, and personal development.
  • Plan and take part in fun, age-appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Help create a calm, caring, and safe space for all children.
  • Work closely with other staff, teachers, and parents to support each child.
  • Keep track of children’s progress and share feedback with the team.

Job Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Some experience working with children in a nursery, school, or childcare setting.
  • A warm, patient, and caring nature.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
