Salary: £94 – £115 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic and motivated PE Graduates to work as Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants in secondary schools across Worksop. This is a brilliant opportunity to build your experience, support young people in their educational journey, and inspire a love for physical activity and learning.

Your Role as a PE Graduate:

  • Lead pre-set lessons as a Cover Supervisor during teacher absences.

  • Support PE departments in delivering engaging lessons and organising extracurricular sports activities.

  • Offer one-to-one or small group academic and behavioural support in a classroom setting.

  • Encourage participation, discipline, and teamwork among students.

  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment.

We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related discipline.

  • A passion for working with young people and promoting physical wellbeing.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.

  • A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to motivate students.

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
