Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher
Location: Barton-upon-Humber
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
GSL Education are looking for a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to work in a lovely school in Barton-upon-Humber. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping young children learn and grow through play and fun activities. We have both part-time and full-time options available, and the role can be short-term or long-term.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will help children build confidence, learn basic skills, and enjoy coming to school each day. You will create a warm and welcoming classroom where all children feel safe and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Early Years children.
- Make learning fun and encourage children to be curious and confident.
- Support children’s early reading, writing, and number skills.
- Work well with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff.
- Monitor children’s progress and help them achieve their early goals.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or another recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience in an Early Years setting or a passion for teaching young children is desirable.
- A kind and patient personality with good communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to work in different school settings.
- An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
