Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Spalding
Salary: £130-£180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: ASAP start
Contract: Day-to-Day/Long-Term, Full-time/Part-time

GSL Education are currently looking to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's learning and development from the very beginning of their academic journey.
EYFS Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, child-centred lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Observe and assess pupils’ development, maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with support staff and parents to ensure each child’s needs are met.
- Promote positive behaviour and social development through engaging activities.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed consistently.
EYFS Teacher Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and developmental milestones.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their early education.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
