Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons for girls at KS3 and KS4.

  • Foster a positive learning environment that supports participation and personal development.

  • Promote healthy lifestyles through a varied PE curriculum and extracurricular activities.

  • Organise and lead sports events, fixtures, and enrichment opportunities.

  • Build students’ confidence, discipline, and teamwork through consistent encouragement and support.

  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and student engagement.

  • Keep up with educational trends and practices in physical education.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Specialism in Physical Education with experience teaching PE to girls in a secondary setting.

  • A proactive, energetic, and supportive teaching style.

  • Valid Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Full right to work in the UK and suitable references for safeguarding checks.
