Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Southsea, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 - £46535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate or September 2025
Contract: Full-time

About the Role / Role Overview
This full-time role, starting either immediately or in September, will see you joining a supportive team of educators dedicated to providing engaging and meaningful learning experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum, nurturing pupils’ academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver outstanding lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and pupil participation.
- Assess and track pupil progress to ensure all learners are meeting their potential.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support pupil achievement.
- Contribute to the wider school life, including extra-curricular activities and events.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour and safeguarding.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and internationally trained teachers with recognised qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting in the UK or equivalent.
- Strong command of the primary curriculum and excellent subject knowledge.
- A reflective and adaptable teaching style with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teaching.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
