Primary Teacher
Location: Sawbridgeworth
Salary: £125 - £240 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier if available)
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long Term, Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work across welcoming and well-resourced schools in Sawbridgeworth. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their practice and make a lasting impact.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering creative and effective lessons tailored to the needs of your pupils. You will help develop each child’s love for learning and support their academic and personal growth across various Key Stages.
Primary Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum
- Encourage progress and inspire a love for learning in all pupils
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil outcomes
- Track and assess pupil development and provide effective feedback
- Establish clear rules for behaviour and manage classroom conduct effectively.
- Support school events, enrichment activities, and extra-curricular learning.
Job Requirements for Primary Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Previous experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
