Early Years Practitioner
Location: Winchester | Nursery Setting | Full-Time/Part-Time | Early Years Support Role
Are you passionate about supporting young children as they begin their learning journey? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join a friendly nursery in Winchester, where every child’s development and wellbeing is our top priority.

Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner
In this role, you will:

Support the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development

Work closely with children to support their social, emotional, and physical growth

Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children

Assist with observing and recording children’s progress to tailor support to their individual needs

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a strong nursery community
