Location: Southampton | Nursery Setting | Full-Time/Part-Time | Early Years Support Role

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
In this role, you will:

Assist in delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development

Work closely with children to foster their social, emotional, and physical growth

Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children

Observe and record children’s progress to support their individual learning needs

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing community
