Location: Southampton | Nursery Setting | Full-Time/Part-Time | Early Years Support Role
Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual who loves supporting young children’s learning and development? We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join a welcoming nursery in Southampton, where every child’s growth and wellbeing is at the heart of what we do.

Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner
In this role, you will:

Support the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children’s development

Work closely with children to support their social, emotional, and physical growth

Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children

Assist with observing and recording children’s progress to tailor support to their individual needs

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a strong nursery community
