Job Title: ICT Teacher
Location: Sheffield, S9
Salary: £155 - £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

GSL Education are looking for a passionate Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Teacher to join a fantastic school in Sheffield. If you enjoy helping students develop essential technology skills and love making digital learning fun, this is the perfect role for you!

As an ICT Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that help students understand computers, software, and digital tools. You will support students in building confidence with technology and prepare them for the modern world.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Teach inspiring and interactive ICT lessons across different age groups.
  • Plan exciting lessons that make learning technology enjoyable and easy to follow.
  • Help students prepare for exams and practical assessments.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom where every student feels supported.
  • Work with other teachers to develop the ICT department and share best practices.

What You Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching ICT or Computing in a school setting is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching technology.
  • Ability to make learning fun and inspire students’ curiosity.
  • An up-to-date CV and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
