Your Mission as a Maths Teacher:
- Design Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic maths lessons tailored to a diverse student population.
- Inspire Future Mathematicians: Cultivate a love for mathematics through creative teaching and real-world applications.
- Lead Extracurricular Adventures: Organise maths clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities to extend learning beyond the classroom.
- Track and Support Progress: Monitor student achievement, provide timely feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to support individual growth.
- Cultivate an Inclusive Atmosphere: Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.
- Champion Safety: Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified and Experienced: UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent certification.
- Proven Track Record: A ten-year career history with references covering the last two years, including your most recent academic role.
- Passionate Educator: Demonstrated experience teaching mathematics.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Inspirational Leader: A commitment to motivating students to achieve their full potential.
- Creative Enthusiast: A love for innovative teaching and a curiosity-driven approach to mathematics.
