Job Title: Supply Teacher (Primary)
Location: South Benfleet
Pay Scale: £125 – £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils’ learning, and ensure a positive classroom environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work across different schools, gaining valuable experience and making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons or adapt teaching to meet the needs of the class.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and progress.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and responsibility.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning.
- Provide feedback on pupil progress and classroom experiences to school leaders.
- Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in primary schools.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to teaching.
- A passion for education and a commitment to pupil development.
- An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with explanations for any gaps).
- An enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
