Salary: M1 to UPS3 (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

As an MFL Teacher, you will be instrumental in delivering engaging and effective language lessons, fostering a love for languages, and supporting students in achieving their full potential. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in one or more modern foreign languages.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages participation and curiosity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for language education and student development.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in language teaching (desirable but not essential).

  • An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
