A welcoming and inclusive Special Educational Needs Primary school in Havant is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their vibrant team. This is a full-time role available immediately, ideal for someone committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for children with additional needs.
As an SEN Teacher, you’ll work alongside a skilled team including SENCOs, therapists, support assistants, and other education professionals. You'll play a vital role in delivering tailored lessons and building meaningful relationships that support both academic and emotional development.
SEN Teacher Role:
- Located in a nurturing SEN Primary school in Havant
- Planning and delivering lessons for small groups or 1:1 learners with complex needs
- Pupils may present with Autism, ADHD and other additional needs
- Temp-to-perm contract with potential for long-term career growth
- Full-time position preferred
- Competitive pay: £31,650 to £49,084 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
We are looking for in a SEN Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS), preferably with SEN experience
- A nurturing, patient and resilient approach
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, ideally in an SEN or alternative provision setting
- Strong classroom management and creative lesson planning skills

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
