Your Role as an Academic Support Assistant
In this role, you will:

Support classroom teachers by helping deliver targeted academic interventions

Work one-to-one or with small groups to assist pupils in achieving their learning goals

Help monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Assist in preparing and adapting learning resources

Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff to support academic and personal development
