Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN TA, you will:

Support teachers in delivering personalised learning activities tailored to children’s individual needs

Work closely with pupils one-to-one or in small groups to help remove barriers to learning

Assist in creating a positive and calm classroom atmosphere that supports emotional and social development

Help adapt resources and activities to meet the diverse needs of pupils

Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to encourage progress and wellbeing
