Art Teacher – September Start

Location: Salford

Start Date: September 2025

Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

GSL Education Manchester is delighted to be supporting a secondary school in Salford as they seek a talented and inspiring Art Teacher to join their creative arts faculty from September 2025. This full-time role will see you leading lessons across KS3 and KS4, delivering an engaging curriculum that encourages expression and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Plan and deliver engaging, skill-based art lessons

 

Use a variety of media and techniques to support pupil exploration

 

Encourage critical thinking, reflection, and personal expression

 

Assess, record, and report on the development of students

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

A qualified teacher (QTS) with a specialism in Art

 

A strong portfolio of classroom practice and creative work

 

Passion for inclusive education and the value of visual arts

 

A collaborative and innovative approach to teaching
