Job Title: Flexible Teacher

Salary: £94 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking dedicated and adaptable teachers to work in vibrant mainstream primary schools in Christchurch. As a Flexible Teacher, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to teach a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity and engagement in students’ learning journeys.
Responsibilities of the Flexible Teacher:
- Bring pre-planned lessons to life across different subjects, keeping students motivated and eager to learn.
- Adapt seamlessly to diverse classroom environments and teaching styles.
- Support and guide students to help them reach their academic potential.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistent learning experiences.
- Engage in professional development to enhance your teaching skills.
Requirements of the Flexible Teacher:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experienced teachers seeking a flexible work-life balance are especially encouraged to apply.
- Experience delivering engaging and effective lessons in primary education.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and student needs.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.

- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection best practices.
- An updated CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps).
- An enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
