Salary: £30,000 - £46535 per annum (Depending on experience)

Role Overview:
This role centres on creating an inclusive, engaging, and dynamic classroom where pupils thrive. You will play a key part in delivering a well-structured and inspiring curriculum, supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development, and contributing to the wider school ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering tailored support where needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Uphold and promote school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and equality.
- Engage with wider school activities and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an overseas teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
- Applications welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators.
- Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to child development, safeguarding, and well-being.
- Have an updated CV (with two relevant references from the last two years and covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
