Job Title: Primary QTS Teacher
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 - £46535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate or September 2025
Contract: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Monitor student progress through effective assessment and provide tailored feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to promote pupil development.
- Engage in wider school life and contribute to a culture of excellence and care.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications welcomed from ECTs and internationally qualified teachers.
- Strong subject knowledge across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A child-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
