Job Title: QTS Primary Teacher
Location: Gosport, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 – £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time

About the Role:

As a QTS Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired. You will work across a range of subjects, encouraging curiosity and building the foundation for lifelong learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Foster a classroom environment that promotes inclusion, creativity, and student well-being
  • Adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs
  • Encourage pupil development both academically and personally
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school community and learning experience

What You Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)Essential.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Overseas-trained teachers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A current CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education).
