Drama Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Maldon
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time
Daily Rate: £140–£300 (depending on experience)
Are you a creative and passionate Drama Teacher ready to bring energy and inspiration to the stage—and the classroom? A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Maldon is seeking a talented Drama Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to nurture students' confidence, self-expression, and teamwork through the performing arts.
Your Role:

Plan and deliver dynamic Drama lessons across KS3–KS4 (KS5 may be available).

Foster an environment that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and performance.

Contribute to school productions, enrichment activities, and drama clubs.

Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
✅ About You:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

A strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for drama and theatre.

Creative, energetic, and committed to engaging learners of all abilities.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
This role is ideal for both experienced practitioners and strong ECTs looking to grow within a supportive and arts-focused school environment.
