Drama Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Maldon
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time
Daily Rate: £140–£300 (depending on experience)

Are you a creative and passionate Drama Teacher ready to bring energy and inspiration to the stage—and the classroom? A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Maldon is seeking a talented Drama Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to nurture students' confidence, self-expression, and teamwork through the performing arts.

Your Role:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic Drama lessons across KS3–KS4 (KS5 may be available).

  • Foster an environment that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and performance.

  • Contribute to school productions, enrichment activities, and drama clubs.

  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.

✅ About You:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • A strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for drama and theatre.

  • Creative, energetic, and committed to engaging learners of all abilities.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).

This role is ideal for both experienced practitioners and strong ECTs looking to grow within a supportive and arts-focused school environment.
