Salary: £90 - £120 per day

About the Role:
- Provide individual and group support to students as a Teaching Assistant.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pastoral care plans.
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements for a Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of pastoral care and support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
