Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

About the Role:

  • Provide individual and group support to students as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pastoral care plans.
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth.

  • Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.

Requirements for a Teaching Assistant:

  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of pastoral care and support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
