Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant (GRAD TA)

Pay Rate: £84 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)

As a Graduate TA, you will play a key role in supporting both teaching staff and students. Your work will help students build confidence, develop academic skills, and prepare for their next steps—whether that’s university, apprenticeships, or employment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to student needs.
- Help students prepare for exams, assignments, and future pathways.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Promote resilience, independence, and a love of learning.
Requirements:
- A university degree in any subject.
- A passion for working in education and helping young learners.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps).
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
