  • Deliver small group or 1:1 interventions under the guidance of teaching staff.
  • Aid in the preparation of classroom materials and help maintain a stimulating learning environment.
  • Monitor and track pupils’ progress and provide regular feedback to teaching staff.
  • Uphold a safe and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
  • Assist with the implementation of behaviour policies, SEN strategies, and school routines.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with primary-aged children in a school or childcare setting is desirable.
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A caring and patient approach with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).

What We Offer:

  • Daily pay ranging from £86 to £100, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
  • Ongoing support and dedicated consultants who truly understand your career goals.
  • Opportunities to work in a range of vibrant and welcoming primary schools in the local area.
  • The chance to make a real difference in children’s lives and develop valuable classroom experience.

If you are ready to begin or grow your career in education and believe you have the qualities to thrive as a Primary Teaching Assistant, we welcome your application.
