Job Title: QTS Classroom Teacher
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £30,000 – £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time/Permanent (Part time can also be arranged for the right candidate)

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated QTS Classroom Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Poole. This role allows you to create engaging lessons that spark curiosity and confidence in every child. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking school that values innovation and personal growth.
About the Role:
As a QTS Classroom Teacher, you will help build a happy and safe place for children to learn and grow. You will teach many subjects, inspiring children to ask questions and develop a love for learning that stays with them. Working with other teachers and parents, you will help create a strong team focused on the success and well-being of every pupil.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes inclusion, creativity, and student well-being
- Adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs
- Encourage pupil development both academically and personally
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school community and learning experience
What You Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Essential.
- Experience teaching in a mainstream primary school setting.
- Overseas-trained teachers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A current CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education).
