Location: Hull
Rate: £90 to £115 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Your Mission

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support students in their learning journey, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Working closely with teachers and other staff, you’ll contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide general classroom support to teachers and students.
  • Assist in implementing learning strategies in line with school policies.
  • Support students with varying needs to ensure they stay engaged and make progress.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Monitor student behaviour and provide feedback to teaching staff.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
  • Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour when required.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting students.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education are desirable but not essential.
