Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS) + SEN Allowance
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a well-resourced special educational needs school in Slough. This role involves teaching students aged 11–16 with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support student development.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASC and SEMH.

  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
