ECT MFL Teacher
Location: Tower Hamlets / Newham
Salary: £185 - £265 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Long Term / Permanent

We are actively searching for an ECT MFL Teacher who is ready to take on a long-term or permanent role starting in September 2025. If you’re looking for a rewarding role where your ideas, creativity and enthusiasm are valued, this could be your ideal next step.

NQT MFL Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and creative MFL lessons to secondary school students

  • Plan and prepare lessons according to the national curriculum

  • Encourage student progress and support language acquisition

  • Assess and monitor students’ learning and development

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents and staff

  • Take part in school activities, meetings, and parent evenings

  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

NQT MFL Teacher Requirements:

  • Must be an ECT with a specialism in MFL (French, Spanish or other modern foreign language)

  • A UK recognised teaching qualification with QTS

  • Passion for languages and teaching young people

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Commitment to professional development and student success

  • Must be able to work full-time, long-term or permanent

  • Live locally to Tower Hamlets, Newham or be willing to travel
