Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 + £2,679 SEN Allowance + £1,801 Extraneous Duties (QTS only)

About the Role:

Teach Science to pupils aged 8–16 within a well-structured, purpose-built SEN provision

Use practical, creative approaches to bring scientific learning to life

Deliver lessons tailored to meet EHCPs and individual learning profiles

Work collaboratively with SEN professionals and therapists

Inspire students who need consistency, structure, and care to thrive
What We're Looking For:

QTS, QTLS, or relevant experience in specialist or inclusive settings

Confidence working with pupils with autism, sensory needs, or behaviour challenges

A proactive, flexible approach and ability to adapt teaching for small class groups

Passion for improving outcomes and supporting children’s emotional and academic development
