Role: PE Teacher
Location: Wakefield (WF2)
Salary: £170 to £250 per day

The Role:
As a PE Teacher, you will deliver dynamic and inclusive physical education lessons to students across various key stages. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons in line with the national curriculum, catering to students of varying abilities.
- Skill Development: Encourage students to develop fundamental movement skills, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Support or lead sports teams, clubs, and inter-school competitions to promote wider participation and enjoyment of physical activity.
- Health & Wellbeing: Foster an environment that promotes physical health, mental well-being, and positive lifestyle choices.
- Assessment & Progress: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to reports and parent communications as required.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Specialism in Physical Education with experience teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Enthusiasm for promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
