  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to safeguarding protocols.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
  • A compassionate and calm approach, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability when working with diverse learning needs.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, a degree in Psychology or Education) are beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong awareness of safeguarding and behaviour management policies.
  • Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
