Salary: £30,000 – £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and committed Classroom Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Poole. Whether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT, or hold an equivalent overseas qualification, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive school setting.
As a Classroom Teacher, You Will:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils.
- Use a range of strategies to manage behaviour positively and effectively.
- Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student success.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT status, or equivalent overseas qualifications.
- Has recent experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to the classroom.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
- Can provide an up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years with explanations for any gaps.
- Holds (or is willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update service.
