Salary: £86 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities of Early Years Practitioner:
- Supporting early years children through play-based learning and daily routines.
- Encouraging independence, communication, and social interaction.
- Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observing and recording children's progress and assisting with planning next steps.
- Providing gentle emotional support and encouragement throughout the day.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience working with young children or a keen interest in early education.
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has experience with or a strong interest in Forest School approaches to learning. (Desirable)
- Brings energy, patience, and kindness to every interaction.
- Is adaptable and confident in supporting children with a range of learning needs.
- Can provide an up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps explained.
- Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
