Your Role as a Graduate LSA:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support across a variety of subjects
- Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning challenges
- Work alongside teaching staff and the SENCO to adapt resources and strategies
- Help students build confidence and achieve academic progress
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate (any subject considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, resilient, and proactive attitude
- Previous experience with young people is a bonus, but not essential
- A genuine passion for education and helping students thrive
