Head Teacher
Start date - Jan 2026
A lovely school in east London are looking for a dynamic Head Teacher to lead the school starting in Jan 2026.
With a nurturing, family-oriented ethos and strong academic tradition the school prepares pupils for competative 11+ examinations.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record of outstanding teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, with a deep understanding of the 11+ entrance process in North London and Essex.
- Be experienced in ISI inspections, with a sound understanding of compliance and excellence in independent schooling.
- Be a strategic thinker with the ability to grow the school’s pupil roll and enhance its visibility as we expand through Beehive International.
- Be capable of leading the school through the development and launch of a new Middle School section, including curriculum design, staffing, and preparation of all documentation required for DfE approval.
- Be digitally savvy, with the capability and enthusiasm to build the school’s online presence to reflect our academic success and warm school culture.
- Bring a collaborative, approachable leadership style with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire staff, pupils, and parents alike.
- Have a good sense of humour, humility, and a genuine passion for delivering a well-rounded, high-quality preparatory education.
