GSL Education are seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to work in schools in Bovington, offering dedicated support to students dealing with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Role Accountabilities:
- Offer emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health needs.
- Help individuals build coping strategies to manage their mental health.

- Monitor and track individuals’ progress, providing feedback when necessary.

Role Requirements:
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to adapt to individual needs and provide tailored support.
- An updated CV (covering the last 10 years, with no unexplained gaps).
- Enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
