Job Title: Supply Teacher with QTS
Location: Islington
Salary: £150 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting a reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic Supply Teacher with QTS to work in a dynamic and vibrant school in Islington.
As a Supply Teacher with QTS, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining classroom discipline in the absence of the regular teacher. You will adapt quickly to different school environments, ensuring students remain engaged and on track with their learning.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across secondary settings.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and follow existing plans.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback where required.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents when needed.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
- Proven experience teaching at the secondary level, preferably across multiple subjects.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different learning environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff.
- A commitment to ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
