This Graduate Learning Support Assistant role is perfect for someone considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support. You’ll gain hands-on classroom experience, working closely with students who may need extra help with their learning and emotional development.
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support students across a range of subjects and abilities, including those with SEN

Work 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and academic progress

Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual student needs

Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide consistent and high-quality support

Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate (any subject considered) with a genuine interest in education

A caring, resilient and proactive attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
