Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £86 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are passionate about helping children take their first steps in education and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young children through creative activities, daily routines, and structured play.
- Help build children’s early communication, learning, and social skills.
- Create a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and record children's progress, supporting next steps in their journey
- Provide gentle emotional support and celebrate every achievement.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner or in a similar setting is preferred.
- •Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A kind, patient, and positive attitude when working with young children.
- Brings energy, patience, and kindness to every interaction.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one.
- A clear CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained.
