Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant in Chichester, West Sussex!

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team at a secondary school in Chichester. This role offers a competitive annual salary of £21,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, with the opportunity for career growth and permanent contract after a probation period. Start date is ASAP.

- Student Support: Provide tailored assistance to students in the school's resource base.
- Classroom Assistance: Aid teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Individual Guidance: Offer one-on-one support to students, helping them overcome learning challenges.
- Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of students and the school environment.
- Training: GSL Education offers training to equip you with the necessary skills for SEN support.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of SEN procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliability: A punctual and dependable individual who can work independently.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in education are a plus. Experience from a care background with SEN experience is also considered.
