  • Monitor student progress and behaviour, maintaining accurate records.
  • Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people in a support, pastoral, or mentoring role.
  • Calm, patient, and non-judgemental approach to managing challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Resilience and confidence in a fast-paced school environment.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students in overcoming barriers to learning.
  • Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).

Benefits:

  • Full-time, stable role during term time only.
