GSL Education is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Leicester.
We have opportunities available for both day-to-day supply and longer-term placements, with full-time and part-time options to suit your availability.4
The Role:

Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs.

Supporting children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties.

Helping pupils access learning and develop their confidence, independence and social skills.

Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation.

Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to meet individual pupil needs.

Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience supporting children with SEN or additional needs.

Is patient, caring, adaptable and resilient.

Can build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

Has a good understanding of different learning and behavioural needs.

Is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
