About GSL Education
At GSL Education, we support early years settings, day nurseries, and pre-schools across Cheshire and Greater Manchester. We are currently looking for dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners and Nursery Assistants to work in early years settings in Lymm and the surrounding local areas.
Whether you are fully qualified (Level 2/3+) or an experienced childcare worker looking for your next role, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care, play, and learning experiences for young children aged 0–5.

Assist in planning and carrying out age-appropriate EYFS activities.

Ensure a safe, supportive, clean, and stimulating environment at all times.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.

Help maintain daily routines, welfare, and safeguarding standards within the nursery.
Requirements:

Experience: Prior hands-on experience working in a nursery, pre-school, or early years setting is essential.

Qualifications:

Qualified Roles: Level 2 or Level 3 (or above) in Early Years / Childcare (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, NNEB).

Unqualified Roles: Relevant experience working with young children and a strong commitment to child development.

Checks: An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).

Attributes: Reliable, energetic, caring, and adaptable.
