GSL Education is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Harlow and the surrounding areas.

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible work that fits around your availability? Whether you are looking for a few days a week, regular day-to-day supply or longer-term opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

We work with a range of local primary schools, offering opportunities across different year groups and settings. You can tell us your preferred year groups, availability and the type of work you are looking for, and we will aim to match you with suitable bookings.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, depending on your experience and preferences.

  • Follow lesson plans and guidance provided by the school where required.

  • Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.

  • Adapt activities to support pupils with different learning needs and abilities.

  • Support pupils' learning and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

  • Communicate professionally with school staff and follow school policies.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.

  • Good classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • A flexible and reliable approach to work.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupils' welfare.

ECTs with QTS and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
